Order confirmation (via email or SMS) does not guarantee acceptance. Duramy reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion due to payment issues, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the website are in INR (₹) and inclusive of GST unless specified otherwise.

We accept payments through secure gateways (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.).

In case of pricing errors on the site, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is available across India via reliable courier services.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (may vary based on location).

Tracking information will be shared via SMS/email.

Delays due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.

In case of a wrong address or contact number, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Replacements

Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once shipped, the cancellation is not permitted.

• Returns & Replacements:

• We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged, defective, or not as ordered.

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email with proper photographic/video evidence.

• Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Once verified, we will:

• Offer a replacement or

• Initiate a refund (subject to approval and mode of payment used).

• Note: Used shuttlecocks or products returned after usage will not be accepted under any circumstance.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Duramy products are manufactured under high-quality standards; however:

• Feather shuttles are natural products and subject to wear depending on usage.

• No extended warranty is offered on shuttle longevity.

• We are not responsible for damage due to improper storage, weather exposure, or user handling.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All elements of this website — product names, images, designs, graphics, text, and logos — are owned or licensed by Duramy / Leelin Global Supplies.

You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial use without written permission.

• Use Duramy branding or logos without prior authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Duramy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising                                                                   out of the use or misuse of our products.

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
